       Yes, but keep sugar to a dull roar. You can eat anything  you want on your “off” day but the less you eat          the faster you lose weight.

  • How much weight will I lose following the Every Other Day Diet ?

       If you eat whatever you want on your “off” day, you can lose 2-3 pounds a week. If you eat 400 – 600            calories of protein on your “off” day  you can lose 4-5 pounds a week.

  • How many calories can I eat on my “off” day ?

       On your “off” day you don’t need to worry about calories. The less calories you eat, the faster you lose
       weight.

  • On my “diet” day do I have to eat fruit ?

       On your “diet” day, fresh fruit is what gives you best results. You may also have sugar-free Popsicles,
       Jello, and coughdrops.
